Hi! I’m Greta Dillon, and I’m so glad you’ve chosen to explore doula support for your pregnancy and birth journey. Let me tell you a bit about myself to see if we might be a good fit.

As an intuitive and lifelong nurturer, I’ve always found deep purpose in caring for others and providing comfort. Since childhood, I’ve been captivated by birth and the strength of feminine energy. Becoming a doula felt like a natural path—one rooted in deep respect for the body’s wisdom and power. As a mother of three, my own birth experiences have only deepened my commitment to holding space for others with compassion and courage during this transformative time.

I’m a certified birth doula, having completed a DONA International–approved workshop and earned certification through ProDoula. I’m trained in Spinning Babies® techniques and currently serve as an active member of Colorado Volunteer Doulas. Credentialed at Rose Medical Center, I’m proud to be part of the Rose Doula program and 9th Avenue Doulas team.

My goal is for you is to remember your birth feeling heard, loved, respected, safe, and fully in control of your autonomy. While I can’t promise a specific outcome—birth is inherently unpredictable—I can offer you tools, guidance, and grounded presence as you navigate your unique journey. I provide emotional and physical comfort, help you access your own intuitive wisdom, and offer fact-based, up-to-date information so you can make empowered choices in every moment.

I’m also here to support your birth partner, helping them feel confident, connected, and fully included—so we function as a united and cohesive birth team.

Beyond birth work, I’m an amateur cook, animal lover, mystic, tarot reader, book enthusiast, and the proud director of my children’s imaginative worlds. My life is fluid movement, meaning, and mindful care—qualities I bring into every client relationship.

Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or your fifth, I’m here to walk beside you with intuitive support, evidence-based knowledge, and deep trust in your instinctual maternal strength.
