Hi families! I am a certified birth doula with a deep love for support during one of the most meaningful, and vulnerable moments of your lives. My path to birth work grew naturally from a lifetime spent around babies and big families. I am a mom of two (birthed at Rose!), one of six siblings, and a proud aunt to eighteen nieces and nephews, so caring for children and supporting parents has always been a central part of my life.

I am originally from Wyoming, where I developed a love for close knit communities and strong family support systems. I later trained and became certified in Boston under the mentorship of a highly respected birth doula, Tara Campbell. During that time, I gained experience supporting births in some of the country’s leading hospitals, including institutions such as Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, which are nationally recognized for excellence in obstetrics and maternal care. This experience allowed me to see a wide range of birth settings and to work closely with medical teams while keeping the birthing person’s emotional and physical experience at the center.

Hospital work also runs in my family. My mother worked as an emergency room nurse for more than twenty years, which gave me an early appreciation for compassionate medical care and the importance of calm, knowledgeable support in intense environments. That influence continues to shape how I approach my work today by combining warmth and intuition with respect for the clinical side of birth.

As a doula, my goal is to help families feel informed, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early hours after birth. I believe every birth experience deserves thoughtful advocacy, resourcefulness, steady encouragement, and a calm presence.

Outside of birth work I love spending time on the water wakeboarding, caring for my very opinionated sausage dog, keeping tropical fish, and writing. A fun fact about me is that I spent part of my twenties living in Europe where I worked as a nanny in the Netherlands. That experience deepened my appreciation for different cultures, families, and parenting styles.

Supporting families during birth is truly an honor, and I feel grateful every time I am invited into that space!
