Inspired by my youngest daughter, a labor and delivery nurse, I began exploring birth work and quickly discovered the profound racial disparities in obstetric care. As a mother of three daughters of childbearing age, this reality moved me to become a dedicated birth doula committed to helping change those outcomes.
I support birthing individuals and their partners with calm, evidence‑based care throughout labor and delivery. My approach centers on comfort, confidence, and informed decision making, offering guidance with breathing techniques, massage, and position changes to help you move through the birthing process with strength and support.
